Refund and Returns Policy

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order. This means that your order was received and that your credit card was pre-authorized for the purchase. As soon as we get your order, we immediately contact our suppliers to guarantee that everything is in stock and ready to ship. If your item is unavailable, we will invalidate the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate dispatch, we will process the costs and submit the order for shipping (within 5 business days).

 

Shipment

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days if it is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card. Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provided at checkout. If you have not received tracking information from us within six business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@colignymart.com.

 

Damages

 

Please inspect the packaging for any damage when your item(s) arrives and make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) come damaged, please send photos to support@colignymart.com, and we will file an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

All purchases canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administrative fee, regardless of whether or not your goods have been delivered. If your order has already been sent, the cost of return shipping will be borne by you (the buyer). Only the original credit card used to make the purchase will be refunded.

 

Standard delivery time in the United States is 7 to 15 business days after shipment (Monday-Friday).

 

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your goods. Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing in order to be eligible for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Contact us at support@colignymart.com to begin a return. We will email you a return mailing label as well as information on how and where to deliver your shipment if your return is approved. We will not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Issues and Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible if an item is broken, damaged, or you receive the incorrect item so that we can assess the situation and correct it.

 

Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods are examples of items that cannot be returned (such as beauty products). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also not returnable. If you have any questions or issues concerning your specific item, please contact us.
